Lakes at Dusk

This is from my Burrswood Evening-Dusk series. Burrswood is a park like place in Kent where I painted over a period of 14 years, in all seasons and weather. I know each part of the landscape, each tree, shrub, and lake. I painted this from the memory of walking back through the forest as night approached.
