In stressful moments I like to imagine myself by a lake (usually I'm thinking of somewhere vast like Canada) with water rippling in front of me, while I am throwing pebbles slowly in the water as the sky darkens and the moon rises. In Cyprus I've seen the moon rise in many colours and I liked the idea of representing the passage of time by including moons in different phases and colours, starting with the moon hangng from a small tree.
I worked on this over many months.
