As mentioned previously a few months ago, I was invited to submit a painting inspired by sketches made in the Beijing countryside last August as a participant at the 8th Beijing International Art Biennale. A small group of artists were taken out to sketch for the day. My painting, 'Waterfalls of Colour' was partly inspired by my sketches and also by living at the Great Wall of China in August 2016 during a painting Fellowship at the Schoolhouse, Mutianyu.
